1. All prices listed on this site include V.A.T. unless stated otherwise and are shown in British Pounds (GBP). V.A.T. is charged on all orders delivered to United Kingdom addresses. The current rate of V.A.T. is 17.5%.

2. Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 working days of receipt. There will be times, however, when the volume of orders or stock availability will prevent us from achieving that goal. Please allow up 28 days for delivery.

3. Shipping charges for all U.K. mainland orders will be £5.50 (including VAT). If for any reason the cost for shipping would exceed this, then we will e-mail you before processing your order and debiting your account to await conformation. Shipping charges to UK Highlands and Islands and overseas will incur a surcharge depending on weight.

4. The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time the order is placed. We may have to take into account changes in VAT, new taxes or duties, increases in suppliers prices or if a price published on our website is incorrect. We will, however, inform you before such an order is processed and give you the opportunity to either accept or reject the order.

5. Many of the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications. All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and colour charts are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Please contact us for further information on products.

6. All information supplied (including e-mail addresses) will only be used for processing your order. We will not send you unsolicited e-mail or pass your information to 3rd Parties.

7. All credit card information sent to us via our secure server is encrypted and sent securely over the Internet. The information is then decryped only after reaching our offices. In the event of an unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks will limit your liability to a maximum of £50. If your card issuer holds you liable, we will cover your liability up to £50 provided that the unauthorised use of your card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from us and placed via our secure servers. We cannot offer this protection if your card details were sent to us by e-mail or by any other unsecure method over the Internet, phone or fax. You must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules. Please do not send credit card details via un-secured e-mail - always use our Internet order forms that use 128-bit encryption. Please do not dispatch the package until you receive the R.M.A. number from us.

8. Returned goods will not be accepted unless a valid return merchandise authorisation (R.M.A.) number is clearly written on the outside of the package. To obtain an R.M.A. number please e-mail or telephone us.

9. Some artists' materials contain toxic or flammable substances. Product Safety Data Sheets are available on request. No art materials should be ingested or inhaled.

10. Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us.
